A vital component of health care includes emotional and psychological well-being. Professional counseling can serve to promote and support positive changes in both personal growth and in interpersonal relationships.

Faith earned her Bachelor s Degrees in Communication Arts and Sciences from Queens College of the City University of New York. After many years working in the field of human services with programs including Big Brother/Big Sister, outreach programs, and youth services, she returned to school earning a Master s Degree in Community Counseling from Georgia State University.

Faith is licensed by the State of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license #2057. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) issued by the national Board of Certified Counselors, and has a Master Addictions Counselor Certification (MAC) also from the NBCC, based on extensive training and experience in the field of addictions counseling.

Currently, Faith is listed on the LPCA State Registry for clinical supervisors. She provides supervision for therapists who are working toward state licensure and for those pursuing professional development. In addition, Faith has many years of broad-based experience counseling adults, adolescents, and families with mental health and/or substance abuse/dependence problems having been employed in the Cherokee County Mental Health Center. Her goal is to help each client through a process of self-discovery that opens the opportunity for a more fulfilling life experience. Faith is now in private practice offering affordable, therapeutic services to those who are seeking the benefit of professional counseling.
